I have been working as a chef for over a decade.

I started off in restaurants in London and France and now love working privately in chalets, barges and super yachts.

Unlike many other companies, I do not offer a fixed package. I like to create a bespoke menu that fits your group's wants and needs. This flexibility also allows me to ensure you are getting the best produce available from the market.

Colour, flavour and seasonal produce are at the centre of my cooking. I will cater to your needs, whether it be nutritiously balanced meals to keep you skiing all day or indulgent regional dishes to delight.

If you would prefer something more structured I will happily draw up an agreed menu in advance.
